I also am a partner in Sacred Birth Ohio which is a collaborative effort to offer options to families who are seeking Sacred based classes, holistic services, and more. Its my job to reach out to our medical community and ensure we are working effectively together.
Currently, I am the outreach coordinator for our organization. I am also part of the leadership team at Central Ohio Doulas. I have worked as a leader in our local birth community at Birthworkers of Central Ohio. I offer pregnancy coaching sessions to families, too. I also took the Advanced Childbirth Education classes through ICEA and offer traditional Childbirth Classes. In addition to HypnoBirthing® I also am a Certified Birth Doula through DONA International, Certified Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, and Yoga Nidra Facilitator focused on maternal services. I also am certified with the HypnoBirthing® Institute to offer Fertility Sessions and Infant Massage Classes. I have helped HypnoBirthing® families since 2006 and have taught over 200 couples this amazing childbirth education program. Gentle and calm looks different for every woman and can be present in medicated and unmedicated, vaginal or cesarean, blocked or unblocked births.Īs a Birth Professional, I am located in the Central Ohio area.
